- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are generally non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event and will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
4. Use of Services and Venue
- All guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.
- The use of illegal substances or inappropriate behaviour will result in expulsion without refund.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry or removed.
- Photography and recording are permitted only with prior permission.
